There may be a time in every bidet’s life when it waits on the street.
The silver Moped appears to be gaurding the silver Bidet from random attack by a misguidedly malicious person that may well hold a grudge against bidets in general due to unfortunate accident in their formative years. Its possible. The attacker is unlikely to have been raised in the US where people are protected from high-risk, irresponsible, youthful escapades with bidets.
Do you think this bidet is visiting the Hotel?

The bidet could have already visited the hotel and is waiting for a taxi. Or it might be having a tryst with a urinal, and is waiting for him to show up before they go in together. Or it might event be meeting a fountain for a drink at the bar. Then there’s the possibility it’s just hanging out. Bidets are completely capable of being shiftless loiterers.
The silver moped could also be stopping to leer at the bidet. It does cut an unusual figure.
On a second look, I don’t think the moped was leering at the bidet, as it appears to be looking across the street and away from it.
They are both waiting for bums to sit on them. Did you oblige?
