		<description>Looking at the list of acceptable folk (http://www.ips.gov.uk/passport/apply-countersign.asp) I can see Dentists, Opticians, Chiropodists and Nurses, but oddly a Doctor doesn&#039;t count as a professional - while a &#039;Christian Scientist Practitioner&#039; and a &#039;Designated Premises Supervisor&#039; does... what&#039;s going on here?</description>
