Yes Ms. House, i have had the same problem. I worked with a contractor who set up a planner to draw up the plot of land. All the contracts and documents arrived, Mr. Smith, this, and Mr. Smith that. And yet no one had met Mr. Smith, who most certainly wasn’t about to get started in signing contracts and writing checks. They soon saw the error of their ways. Now we have all the right docs written to Ms. Watkins instead. how hard can this be??
