Roofless sounds like ruthless

canvas covering new timbersThe Wendy House kitchen is currently camping under  canvas in the September rain,   ruthless.

Much to my surprise the self-mutilating builders turned-up.   I wasn’t expecting them  because there  have been more false starts than a particularly rusty old  Fiat Panda on a frosty morning.

Scarlet, Bring your woollies, a water-proof, sunglasses (lets be optimistic), a lighter and a packed-lunch incase the BBQ goes-out.

Paul, likening the experiences of the Wendy House to a national monument is quite the ticket, keep it up!

Stephen, the builders are really funny chaps and helpful, they have already volunteered to fix lots of little unrelated things (e.g. guttering) because they have their ladders and power-tools, cement and stuff hot on-site. I suspect this generosity is why they are late, as much as the rainy weather. They have definitely been worth waiting for…
