Wendy:   No,   what type of card is it?

Sa:  Its like a Nectar card

Wendy:   I don’t know what a nectar card is,   what  type of card is it?

Sa: its like a Tesco’s card

Wendy:   I don’t know what a Tesco’s card is

Sa: raises eyebrows…

Wendy:  is it a customer loyalty card?

Sa: yes…
