tunnel vision
Watch as a narcisistic Goldcrest headbutts the window trying to connect with the reflection of himself in my elderly parents bungalow
He’s so focussed on his own image he doesn’t notice the cat…
Dad shot the video and edited the photographs into this piece. He can be a whiz with modern technology when it doesn’t involve using the phone.

Brilliant – that just made my day! Maybe you should get your dad one of those cheesy downloadable ‘bird knocking at your screen when you get a call’ apps – it might help him learn how to patch together a call or knock out a text

Bux, you’re a genious! I wish I’d been there to video them videoing the bird, I suspect their excitement was just as cute! If the phone was called ‘excellent camera with text, email and voice capabilities” dad would take it everywhere…

Welcome back Nota Bene, I’m visiting the biddies this weekend – already I can see the weekend flying by with my herding Ebony into that room and waiting for Goldcrest action while mum keeps me supplied with fresh mugs of tea inbetween pulling weeds in the garden. I love these weekends….so lucky to have parents…

Oh, I love this! The bird not noticing the cat. The lovely image of the black cat looking out the window. The view of the lovely garden. What a good job your Dad did with the video, and then editing the images onto the end. My hat is off to him. I couldn’t do that…but then, I have to have help with the DVD player and programming my phone too. Don’t ask.
