guest blogger
I’m exactly the right person to ask about writing a guest post for this blog.
I’m so pleased that the wendyhome is the kind of place where you’d like to share your gems of wisdom. I’m intrigued. How did you decide that this is the blog you want to write for? What type of writing do you think will inspire my gorgeous readership. Do tell me more….
A little google search on your email address promtped Firefox to give me this warning:
It looks like absolutely anyone can log into your email address. If I write to you at your address, anyone could reply. You might like to secure your email account.
Please do send me the post you’d like considered for publishing on the wendy house. I will need to pay the wendy house editorial and legal team for checking that it conforms with legal, health and safety standards. Could you provide your credit card number, expirey date and CVV number to get the process started…

Gosh Wendy, you do get some interesting malware. I didn’t see that one before. Traceroute gets to some interesting places. Anyway, I do hope England warms up soon as I shall be there is a weeks time having a happy time with my UK family, eating real Cheddar cheese and quaffing cider. I never learnt to quaff but I’m willing to practise.

Do you think I should actually reply to the email? I find it a bit scary incase validating the email address opens me up to all sorts of nastiness that I can’t comprehend..

I got the same email and something in my gut told me to delete it without replying.

Froggy – I reported it to the host email service provider who will check it out and shut the account down if your gut is reliably informed

Dear Wendy,
I would say delete it. Meike from http://www.librarianwithsecrets.blogspot.com just wrote about this. She sent a very polite reply.

Hi Kay, Meike’s reply did make me smile, how polite, open and honest her reply is. With you and Froggy deleting, meiki giving them the what-for and me reporting them to service providers it’s a wonder that they bother to keep on doing it
