Todays example is a classic.
We tried a few technical fix it things and managed to find a little more information.
Somehow this extra information failed to de-confuse the situation or make OK a decision that we wanted to make.

For what it’s worth, 0x80070005 is Microsoft’s cryptic shorthand for ‘access denied’. Some psychic debugging would suggest running a repair or reinstall of his Sophos anti-virus product, but if it produces messages that “helpful”, uninstalling it and finding a replacement might make more sense!
